Cacao Initiation
An 11 week program guiding you deeper into your heart, giving you the tools to hold powerful ceremonies for yourself and others with cacao

After the potent first version of this program at the start of this year I'm excited to be offering this program once more.

We begin at the equinox in September and journey through to the start of December, the perfect time to harvest the richness of this year and go into the festive season feeling nourished and in your power.

We have the honour to be supported by Tata Walter Quiacain, a mayan wisdom keeper from Guatemala. He will share his teachings on the indigenous mayan roots of cacao. For me, understanding and respecting these roots is the key to holding authentic and powerful ceremonies. I am very grateful he will be present with us.

After an incredible ta**ra ritual on Friday (thank you everyone), I'm excited to share my next collaboration, with one of my favourite musician/ producer/DJ, Janax Pacha.
We have been creating this offering for some months and it feels so good to share it with you all finally ❤️

Journeying with the energies of connection, sensuality, movement and cacao.
Dropping the veil of your personality as you enter the temple gates, arriving at a place within yourself so deep and connected, open and free.

From this point allowing your body to move organically, guided by the exquisite beats created live by Internationally celebrated musician, DJ and producer Janax Pacha, with live looping, world instruments and shamanic elements he will uniquely weave the sounds for our experience.

An evening of ceremony & ritual with an intention to fall in LOVE with yourself more deeply.

What is a ta***ic ritual?
Ta**ra has many flavours.....
For our evening together we will focus on ritual, presence and unconditional LOVE.

Exploring our inner self through the mirror of another, seeing our divine nature reflected back to us.
Through guided sacred practices, ta***ic breath & puja. We will move through the space connecting with different partners (couples are very welcome to stay together) allowing the masks we wear to fall away and meet each other in a place of vulnerability and authenticity.

Who is it for?
~ For everyone who desires more authentic connection
~ For all genders and orientations
~ For couples & singles
~ For those new to ta**ra and those with experience
~ For those looking to explore LOVE with themselves, with another & with the divine

This event is fully inclusive, you do not need to come with a partner (although couples are very welcome), I will guide you throughout the evening to find connection and feel included.

Couples - we celebrate your LOVE and choice to stay together or join the group. You will have many options throughout the ritual to be together or experience a different connection, the choice is yours.

Cacao is a soft yet profound feminine plant medicine, she invites you into the sensitivities of your inner being to hear your soul whisper.

The program will be a mixture of live and pre-recorded ceremonies, Q&A sessions, master classes and guided home practices.

Celebrating breastfeeding awareness week 💗

Breastfeeding Bodhi is one of my favourite things about motherhood.

These moment of the day are so special, a time to connect, a time to slow down, a time to let everything else drift away for those few precious minutes.

I've been planning this photoshoot for over a year and for one reason or another it didn't happen until now, during breastfeeding awareness week.
I wish all mamas, well fed babies, and if you are able to breastfeed let's savor every sacred moment as with everything it will not last forever.

Almost 17 months and still going strong.
Celebrating my body for sustaining my baby for this time, I hope we have many months of this journey left together.

It's been a while since I created & facilitated a new (non baby related) event but here I am, out of maternity leave and excited to share with you.

Cacao Ceremony & Tasting Experience
July 3rd 11am-1pm

Activate your connection to the sacred medicine of cacao,
At this unique experience we will work with 7 different varieties of cacao from all over the world.

Together we will open a ceremonial space with a cacao blessing and intention setting ritual.
We will then explore the many varieties of cacao and sample the different ways in which it can be prepared. Using all of our senses to tune in to her spirit and listen to her wisdom.
We close the space with a meditation and sound healing.

This is likely to be a one off experience as preview to my cacao facilitator training that is currently in development.
Join us if you are curious to deepen your connection to cacao or try it for the first time.

I am Arktara, I have been working with cacao since 2015 when I first visited Guatemala, and have returned to the magical lands most years since then. During this time I have worked with and learned from many indigenous people and sat in hundreds of ceremonies. In 2017 I started hosting ceremonies, during these years I have shared the cacao magic with thousands of souls.
I am also an ambassador and distributor for Ruk'u'x'ulew cacao, an incredible woman's collective producing my favourite cacao.

I'm so grateful to be deepening my knowledge about caring for mother's.
I knew for many years that my work was going to change once I became a mother and I'm starting to see this with more clarity.
I'm on a mission to help mothers reclaim the sacredness of birth and bring the
role of mother back to the centre of our communities.
I've spent the last few days receiving the wisdom of the grandmother's from central & South America. Learning about plants for healing, yoni steams, closing the bones ceremony, mayan abdominal massage and I can't wait to bring this back to Ibiza and share with my mama tribe.
