Our head weight 5 kg, but, as you can see from the images, the more you front-flex the more weight it gains, adding lot of extra load over cervical and dorsal vertebras.

Fascia, ligaments, tendons and muscles will get tired generating more tension over the disks and the whole biomechanic complex's column.
