My name is Pernilla and I'm a Naturopath, Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist in Ibiza. Hi! I'm Pernilla. I would love to support you to do the same.

I am a Naturopath & coach, supporting women to find their way back to optimum health and to regain and strengthen their purpose and joy in life. I am passionate about helping you find your way back to yourself in the most natural, enjoyable way possible. For over twenty years I have learnt and studied many modalities. They include Naturopathy, Bodywork, Aromatherapy, Reiki, IQM (iIntegrative Quantum Medicine) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). But most of all, I have learnt from all the ups and downs and ebbs and flows of life, integrating everything I have learnt, always trying new ways to heal, be better, feel better and thrive.

There is so much listening going on during every treatment.

Reading between the lines, hearing the whispers of your body as you breathe, sigh, resist, release and make tiny, almost invisible movements.

I feel that everything I’ve learnt is going in to every single treatment.

All the different massage techniques I have studied.

My Naturopathy degree, teaching me how the body and mind works.

The energy techniques courses I have done, making me tune in on a different level.

The coaching skills I have attained, teaching me to really hear what you are saying.

My life experience and all the work I have done on myself, gaining a better understanding of all.

And because of YOU, all my lovely clients during my 20 years of bodywork, who have shown me everything ✨

The beautiful thing about a deep tissue massage is that you will not only reduce physical tension, but also most likely get an emotional release.

Trauma, from a single distressing event or prolonged stress, often gets trapped within the body. Even if you’re not consciously thinking about it, this latent trauma can affect your muscles and nervous system.

Over time, you can develop physical responses such as muscle tension, increased heart rate, and shallow breathing.

Deep tissue massage relieves tension in the muscles and fascia, therefore helping to unlock stored emotions. As the body relaxes physically, a corresponding emotional release can also occur.

They look different for everyone.

Some people experience intense emotions along with tears, some people can’t stop laughing, they might feel the need to shake it off.

Sometimes the release is simply a sense of deep calm and relief or a feeling of a weight off your shoulders, literally.

I welcome and encourage all of it. It’s a safe space.

Sometimes my clients share their feelings, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they know what it was they released, sometimes they don’t. It doesn’t matter.

Even after nearly 20 years of practicing, I’m still in awe of the results that can be achieved on every level.

Every massage, every client is special and unique.

There are no rights or wrongs.

I’m in Ibiza all winter and available for bodywork treatments.

I am a mobile therapist so I bring everything needed to your home, so you can relax in your own personal space.

I have a background in science, 20 years of experience and training in many different massage techniques and mind/body therapies.

I will combine my fine tuned intuition, experience and skills such as Deep tissue, therapeutic, Swedish, Aromatherapy and Reiki to create a unique treatment for you.

My diary is also open for bookings for retreats, gatherings and private clients for summer season 2025.
