There was a time my mornings started with coffee, I loved it and still do. But when I noticed also the addictive effect of caffeine I wanted to quit that.
There is where I starter with Cacao in the morning.
𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 is not just “chocolate.”
It’s a pure, unprocessed plant medicine made from the whole cacao bean - rich, slightly bitter, earthy… real. You can taste the difference instantly. No sugars, no additives, just the essence of the plant.
And maybe that’s why it invites something different.
For me, cacao has become a moment of connecting with my essence.
A pause before the day begins. To check in my needs, my wishes and intentions.
It’s known as a heart-opener — not in a dramatic way, but in a soft, subtle unfolding. I feel more present, more connected, more… me.
It helps me drop out of my head and into my body. Into my heart.
With each cup, I take a moment to sit, to breathe, to set an intention.
Not from pressure, but from clarity. From softness.
Where coffee used to push me forward,
cacao invites me inward.
This is also why cacao is part of my half-day retreats in the Yurt and our Slow Sundays ✨
Because from that grounded, open space… everything flows differently.
Slower. Softer. More aligned.
Have you ever experienced cacao in this way?
