The daily proud feeling when a loaf is baked to perfection.

Welcome to all my new followers 🌸

I thought it was time to properly introduce myself!
I’m Marjolein, originally from the Netherlands, where I worked as a pelvic therapist and became a mother of our three beautiful children. In my free time, you’d find me out riding my Icelandic horses or walking our dogs.

After moving to Spain, I decided to follow my heart’s desire — and MamfitJavea was born.
My passion is to help women reconnect with their inner strength — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My pelvic sessions often include inner child work and a systemic approach, and sometimes even the horses join in to bring extra depth and healing 🐴.

Along the way, new passions found me too — the ‘tradwife’ era began.
Tending to our vegetable garden, baking sourdough bread, hosting workshops, and creating my own natural skincare — all small ways of living more slowly and intentionally.

For most women, the body gradually regains its strength and shape on its own.

But… if you continue to experience pelvic pain, lower back pain, or pelvic floor disorders —

Rainy days in Spain.

Our 8-year-old is sharpening knives and helping in the kitchen.

This account's name changed a while back.

I started promoting my coaching practice, focusing on pelvic health and motherhood. As my passions evolved, so did the content. MamfitJavea no longer fit, and that's okay.

Discovering my human design as a manifesting generator explained my diverse interests.

Now, it's all about finding focus.
