Together they form a square with a landscaped courtyard at the centre that links the different rooms. Each side of this beautiful “cortijo” has a different charm depending on its orientation, and it would be entirely feasible to undertake a project to integrate all the units into a single residence with a 360° orientation.

The secondary house, built later in the 1960s, is a two‑storey building of nearly 180 m² with views over the bay of Jávea and the Montgó.

The gardens of Casa La Torre have that special charm of watching the pine forest merge with the blue of the Mediterranean. Enjoying the beautiful views without feeling overlooked — a true privilege. The property has a single existing access and two additional potential accesses to be developed. It has five water wells and a large esplanade in front of the main house.
