El material usado en la fabricación de tu muñeco BABYCLON es silicona médica de platino, la más flexible, elástica y resistente del mercado. Esta silicona apenas tiene aceite en su composición, lo cual la hace más duradera, y evita transpiraciones de aceite con el paso del tiempo. Tu muñeco BABYCLON viene con un Certificado de Autenticidad, que incluye un número de serie, el modelo del muñeco, así como un número de chip. El chip está integrado en la silicona e incluye información sobre el modelo y el cliente al que ha sido vendido. POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES
Por favor, tened en cuenta que no hacemos devoluciones parciales ni totales de muñecos que ya han sido entregados. BABYCLON produce a mano todos sus productos, lo cual hace que puedan tener ligeras imperfecciones. En caso de que el cliente no esté satisfecho con su pedido, tiene 15 días para hacérnoslo saber, para que podamos ofrecer una solución satisfactoria. Después de 15 días desde la recepción del producto, ninguna queja será aceptada. Para kits sin pintar, ninguna queja será aceptada si el muñeco ha sido parcial o totalmente pintado.

Please be advised we do not refund money for any partial or full payments or for dolls that have been already delivered. Always take in mind that your Babyclon is hand manufactured and may contain minor imperfections. In the case where the client deems there are major imperfections in the doll that has been delivered, he/she has 15 days to let us know, so we can find a solution after assessing the complaint. After 15 days of the doll's delivery no complaints will be accepted in any case. For unpainted kits no refunds will be made or complaints accepted if the kits have been painted, even partially.
