🍎Pomodoro Technique: 25 minutes of focused learning, 5-minute break. Repeat.

⏸️Active Pauses: Walk, stretch, or do light exercise—movement enhances blood flow and oxygenation.

🧘Mindful Pauses: Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let your mind wander gently. Your brain is replaying the day’s lessons.

💭Reflection Pauses: Summarize what you just learned in your own words. Pausing to reflect strengthens memory.

👉🏼Pauses are not wasted time—they’re essential for memory consolidation and creativity.

Both micro and macro pauses serve different brain functions, from attention reset to deep learning.
