Cervical osteochondrosis
Osteochondrosis is a degenerative change in bones and articular cartilage that occurs mainly in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Dizziness in cervical osteochondrosis occurs due to circulatory disorders.
In the cervical spine are vessels that supply blood to the back of the brain. The curvature of this department leads to a slowdown in blood circulation. The nutrition of the cerebellum, brain stem, and occipital cortex suffers from this, which causes vestibular disorders, impaired coordination, and vision.
The main difference between this pathology and a stroke is that there will definitely be a pain component, since the cause is problems with the spine. Pain can cover the neck area, cervical-collar zone, the back of the head, can be given to the arms, chest, interscapular region.
