Reminder for dancers who would like to learn this beautiful dance and feel more connected to the roots and culture of this very beautiful Spanish dance. If you feel the calling to join the workshops You will have the opportunity to dance this summer on a very special evening we will be creating.Gipsy Cor offers a series of two workshops on Gipsy Dance in April and May. ❤️‍🔥💃. We will learn technique, a complete choreography and we also dance freely, allowing room for improvisation and the manifestation of "Duende". 💜💫🌸

Biodynamic Breathwork combines connected breath, movement, touch, felt sense, and music to release emotional and physical trauma stuck in the body, and allow the natural state of flow and connection to be restored.
One of the elements that makes Biodynamic Breathwork different from other Breathwork modalities, is that we encourage movement, so that we can stay present and connected to our experience and in our bodies, without disassociating or ‘checking out’.
We welcome and embrace all feelings and sensations so that we can digest and give space to parts of ourselves that have been denied, pushed down or repressed.

Dear Friends; querido amig@s 😊🌺 I have recently completed a wonderful facilitator training in INNER DANCE given by Simona Siclari Sisi Academy.
A Magical space to experience and allow yourself to reconnect to your inner self and purest vital energy reaching a state through which you can become an empty vessel, where all energy life force can run through you.
I am humbly looking to practice as much as possible and Iam offering free sessions to whom has the calling.
I am available for individual sessions or groups sessions that I will be organising soon in the New Year in Laulima dome Ibiza.🙏🏾🌈⭐️
