"When we are together, we are one. Namaste."

Eight words that I often end my yoga classes with illuminated new meaning in Madrid. While my teacher (📸 Maria) led class in Spanish, the Sanskrit terms, breathwork, and mind/body connection spoke a universal language.

We were 12 people moving together, putting inner peace to practice. We were one.

¡Rewind 75 mins! I arrived at the wrong studio in the nick of time for vinyasa flow...not yin yoga as intended. Trapped, the universe knew exactly what I needed.

+ Serendipitously, .yoga who I met on a yoga retreat in Tulum a few years ago almost taught me here tonight. The world is smaller than we think!

Rivers don't ask for permission to flow. Neither should we! But guidance from mother earth and an exceptional heated vinyasa flow teacher never fails.

Today was the first time I experienced sweat beads still forming during my final resting pose, savassana. Gratitude to my heartfelt and genuine yoga teacher, .

A wife’s quiet gift—a moment of stillness on Father's Day for a man who gives so much.

Their guided meditation in the salt cave offered peace, presence, applause and breath. A Father’s Day he’ll never forget. Honored to have held space for them. Their light lifted me! 💖

May was full of meaningful moments. Not just inside the salt cave, but behind the scenes building something rooted in care, calm, and connection.

From quiet sessions to impactful steps forward, I've captured a few glimpses from this month of what it looks like to grow a wellness space from the salt floors up.

Reflecting on my one-year anniversary of owning this gem of a salt spa, I'm so grateful for everyone who's been part of this journey. Here's to small wins, soulful work, and mineral-dusted dreams.

Life is a dance! On this International Dance Day, celebrate the people who leap for your growth and success.

This is one of my leaders-for-life and my friend, Kristin. She hired me for my last dream corporate job during the pandemic and champions me throughout this entrepreneurial journey that I didn't know to dream. Here, she's doing a pretty perfect bow--a yoga pose connected to the art of archery, symbolizing the balance and harmony of drawing a bowstring and releasing the arrow. Drawing the bowstring in your real life can be uncomfortable. It takes strength and focus. Releasing the arrow can be freeing, knowing that you did it with an open heart!

Five years ago, while living five states away, Kristin and I developed a meaningful professional and personal relationship on Zoom. A few weeks ago, these pics capture our first time ever meeting in-person. Together across states, we continue to aim our arrows for the stars while doing the work to help each other and others experience the best that life has to offer, professionally and personally!

Had an amazing time supporting my talented friend and yoga student, percussionist Jo Huling, at her off-Broadway debut for Mama I'm a Big Girl Now! The entire cast and crew, including stars of the show Laura Bell Bundy, Kerry Butler, and Marissa Jaret Winokur, were so kind. Laura invited me back to teach yoga between sets! Um, YES...in a New York minute!
