**What Rainy Winter Days Do to the Nervous System**

Rainy, cloudy winter weeks can subtly affect how we feel — in both body & mind.
Research shows that people who get more daytime natural light tend to have better mood, better sleep, and fewer symptoms of depression and fatigue. Natural light helps regulate our circadian rhythm— the body’s internal clock that influences sleep, energy levels, hormones, and emotional balance.

Even when the sun isn’t visible, outdoor light is still much stronger than indoor lighting and sends important signals to the brain and nervous system. Just 20–30 minutes outside, especially earlier in the day, can support sleep quality, mood regulation, and overall nervous system health.

Remenber that small daily habits — like a short walk, gentle movement, or a coffee outdoors — can make a meaningful difference during winter. 🌤️

¿Sientes ese dolor sordo y profundo en la cadera que te limita en el día a día? No es solo "cosa de la edad" o "de correr mucho". El dolor de cadera puede tener múltiples orígenes y, afortunadamente, podemos ayudarte.
Dicha causa puede ser muscular, articular y hasta nerviosa, local o a distancia.

Con la combinación de Fisioterapia y Osteopatia podemos ayudarte.

💪 Fisioterapia: Nos centramos en el movimiento, la fuerza y la estabilidad. Corregimos patrones de movimiento, fortalecemos la musculatura clave (como los glúteos o el psoas) y te damos las herramientas para autogestionar el dolor.

🦴 Osteopatía: Buscamos la raíz del problema. A menudo, un dolor de cadera puede estar influenciado por una restricción en la columna lumbar, la pelvis o incluso el pie. Utilizamos técnicas manuales suaves para reequilibrar la estructura corporal.

A strong base is classified by 3 pillars of posture . These pillars are made up of the
Glutes/ pelvic floor , abdominal wall and thoracic spine.

This triangle of stability has to be challenged in some kind of motion.
Having a stiff rigid core won't promote functionality,the body has to be able to move through space .
