I am passionate about helping others cope better with daily stress and to have plenty of energy to live a happy, healthy and joyful lives. I have been working as a Tour Director for over 25 years and due to the stressful nature of this work, I spent these years also learing different ways to cope with my personal stress. After being diagnosed with breast cancer I decided to take my health more seriously, and witnessing first hand the effect diet and lifestyle have on our body and emotions, it made me what to share and help others. We are gifted with one life, and sometimes small shifts in our daily habits can transform the life we live.
