This was a perfect working day 🤍
An early morning drive to Ronda, surrounded by stunning scenery.
A short walk around Cueva del Gato, followed by a few hours of work at during the Sweat & Soul Reteat organised by .pilates , with my lovely colleague Bea.
A quick (waist-deep only! 🥶) dip in the chilly waters of Cueva del Gato afterwards to cool down.
Coffee, lunch, and chill time.
My nervous system was thankful 🤍
