👉Hip Thrust: Best Exercise for a toned & strong butt. ➕
👉Goblet Squat: target also your glutes, quads & hamstrings. ⚠️If you have some lower back issues, Goblet Squat can be a good option to take of some pressure of your lower back.
With this two exercises we involve the entire core, including the muscles referred to as “stabilizer” muscles that help us keep our balance and keep our spine stable.👏🤓

STRENGHT TRAINING Vs CARDIO!!😲 Years ago I couldn't go off the treadmill 🙈til I realised something was wrong here🤔, my body wasn't changing the way I wanted, yes I looked skinny but shapeless, no butt, no shoulders, skinny legs😭...I wanted to look strong but feminine, built lean muscle and have a nice rounded butt😻...then I gave Strength Training a try and I started to abandon this endless running hours for weights training, hiit training, powerlifting exercices, interval with rope, and all this kind, and woooww
my body started to get some form💃😃, just found out what I was doing wrong...too much cardio was eating up my muscle and I wasn't building any after☠ so by keeping doing that I would never get what I was dreaming and sweating for... SO if u wanna have a nice curvy bikini figure, feel strong and achieve some nice shape (unless u wanna just be bones and skinny which is also fine) start lifting some heavy stuff 💪✌😁🔥
👉Following a healthy and proper diet is recommended and I don't mean by that to restrict yourself to a 24/7 diet but just to find a balance that helps you get where you want while enjoying the process!!! 🤗😉😇🍒🍹

✅Bend your knees a bit
✅Shoulders down & chest out
✅Neutral spine
✅Keep a control movement squeezing your back

I use this exercise in my training routine to work out my back, I really feel it burnt!!🔥
