Liebe Yoginis,

vom 16. -23. April kommt Elena Lustig zu mir ins Tramuntana-Flow. Ich kenne Elena seit unserer Anusara-Yoga-Lehrerausbildung 2010 und sie ist eine tolle Lehrerin und liebe Freundin. Ihr Buch „ProAgeYoga“ hat mich sehr inspiriert und gerade ist ihr neues Buch „ProAgeLife“ erschienen.
Elena wird eine Woche lang ein ganz besonderes Teacher Training unterrichten: ProAgeYoga, ein Thema, das uns alle betrifft und betreffen wird.
Gerade als YogalehrerInnen sollten wir wissen, wie wir mit älteren Schülern umgehen, wie wir ein gutes Mindset und eine hilfreiche körperliche Ausrichtung unterrichten. Und wir müssen uns natürlich auch mit unserem eigenen Älterwerden auseinander setzen.

Dieses Teacher-Training ist also für ALLE YogalehrerInnen interessant und kann auch auf die 300 Stunden Anusara-Ausbildung als Wahlmodul angerechnet werden. Außerdem hat Elena den E-RYT500 Status der Yoga-Alliance und daher zählt diese Ausbildung auch als fortführende Weiterbildung.

Ich möchte es Euch dieses besondere Ausbildungs-Retreat sehr ans Herz legen!

Muchas gracias María por compartir tanto a nivel humano al impartir tu taller ayer en , la “abuela-hogar” que nos cuida.
Poco a poco vamos tejiendo esa comunidad tan importante para sentirnos arropados, recordando quiénes somos y dejando aflorar todas nuestras capacidades.
Ayer no iba solo de educación, sino de cómo interactuar entre tod@s nosotr@s de una manera más respetuosa.
