Former Language Teacher with 15 years experience and Childminder, I am now specialising in Yoga & Mindfulness for kids. Taking care of your mental health is as important as taking care of your physical health. With Yoga Infantil Namasté your children will learn to do both. I am a Certified Trilingual Children's Yoga Teacher by YSOL and Yoga Alliance. Antigua Profesora de Idiomas con 15 años de experiencia y Cuidadora Infantil, me especializo ahora en Yoga & Mindfulness para niños. Porque es tan importante cuidar a tu salud mental como a tu salud física, con nosotros tus niños aprenderán a hacer los dos. Soy trilingüe y tengo la titulación de Profesora de Yoga para Niños otorgada por la escuela de Yoga YSOL reconocida por Yoga Alliance.
