My dear, I’m here to tell you a secret - a secret which might make you feel hopeful, lighter, full of joy and passion -
- you are never defined by negative thoughts, energies or emotions you see, feel or experience in you or around you. Any toxic energy, or emotion- like jealousy, envy, pride, fear, anger, lust or doubts, or a second critical voice in your head are not yours.
They are not a part of your essence, your soul, your self - and they can be easily extracted from your energetic body and your aura.
Remember, there is no need to carry it with you in your life - cleansing your energetic body out of it is like brushing your teeth.
One of the practices in Energy Medicine is Extraction of fluid and crystallised energies where all those heavy, painful, critical and doubting voices and emotions are cleans and removed - so you can finally start hearing yourself, your intuition, your voice.
