Full Moon Journey 🌕

Thursday was a very special day as we came together to release and recharge for this gorgeous final full moon of 2025.

It was a very powerful evening of self-reflection, release and letting go. Deeply restorative practices such as breath, sacred Mama Cacao, movement & sound took us all on a journey to relaxation and peace.

This is where the magic happens for 1:1 massages..

We melt into relaxation with Indian Head Massage, using organic oils to stimulate vagus nerve and promote calm in the body…

Infusing Reiki healing, through the hands directly into the energy field..

Followed by a really powerful journey through sound, using ancient Himalayan bowls placed onto the body, creating a vibrational cleanse.

Tuning forks are used on the upper 2 chakras to activate divine consciousness and clear any blockages..

We finish with beautiful Koshi Chimes gently washing over the body connecting you to all the elements 🕉️
