What a blessing to be back in nature by the sea, listening to the sounds of the waves.

The bowls were very powerful today, the feedback was that the bowls were the loudest they’ve ever been…

These sacred bowls respond to energy and respond even more strongly to the elements… being near the water and in an open space makes them feel ALIVE!!!

Thanks to all who joined me. It was lovely to see familiar faces on the beach this morning.. 🧡

Through the vibrations of sound, this practice helps to gently release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system and restore balance within the body. The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen and is associated with emotional wellbeing, pleasure and creative expression.

Find a comfortable place to lie down or sit, close your eyes, and allow the healing frequencies to move through your body, bringing you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

I was recently asked why I got into healing 🧘🏾‍♀️

The truth is… I always felt called to help people, but it took years in the corporate world and a traumatic accident in 2016 for me to truly find my path.

After suffering severe insomnia from head trauma, sound healing was the only thing that helped me. The first time I played a singing bowl, I instantly felt its power.

That moment changed everything.

Now I share this work with others, and seeing the shifts people experience still amazes me every single time.

If I had one wish, it would be that everyone experiences sound healing at least once in their life🩵

I now hold weekly LIVE online group soundbath & reiki transmissions.

Before each session, I set a clear intention and create a space for deep nervous system reset and energetic balance. In private sessions, I tune even more deeply into your energy and what you need in that moment. We do a lovely oracle card pull to tap into the energy..
