Yesterday was a really lovely day of healing from my home studio 🤍

And some really interesting experiences…

One of them being a huge heart chakra release, feeling pressure in the chest. My client thought I had placed something heavy onto her like a blanket, but there was nothing! Just a beautiful rose quartz crystal working its magic, along with the lovely sounds of the crystal bowls.

I love how these sessions can feel so intense and you’re literally witnessing the energy transformation throughout your sound journey 😍

Spiritually, healing with the hands is seen as the transfer of divine or universal life force energy often called prana, chi, or Reiki energy…🌿

I believe that our hands are natural channels for this healing energy, which can flow through us to restore harmony, release blockages, and awaken the body’s innate ability to heal itself.. 🕉️🙌🏼
