Full Moon Journey 🌕

Thursday was a very special day as we came together to release and recharge for this gorgeous final full moon of 2025.

It was a very powerful evening of self-reflection, release and letting go. Deeply restorative practices such as breath, sacred Mama Cacao, movement & sound took us all on a journey to relaxation and peace.
