I just wanted to share this with you 💚

This is for OPENING YOUR HEART to receive love: self-love, and the love of others🥰

Keeping your eyes closed, focus on the point between your eyebrows and repeat the mantra 'SAT KAR TAR'!

As you say ' SAT' press your hands together in prayer pose. As you say ' KAR', extend your hands out from the shoulders halfway towards the final position.

As you say ' TAR', fully extend your arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor💯

Do this for 3 minutes. then relax your hands and stay in meditation🧘, allowing your body to settle. Build up until you can repeat the mantra for 11 minutes🙏
