*Pilates coming to HDA in March*

I am a classically trained Level 3 Pilates instructor who is looking to begin teaching a series of classes in March.

Venue to be confirmed.

I will be forming registers of 10 maximum to join either;

Monday 10-11am - flexibility, strengthening and rehabilitation ideal for anyone who wants to move at a slower, purposeful pace to build up mobility and improve movement.

Monday 11.15 - 12.15 - Pilates flow; beginner to intermediate level Pilates to improve overall fitness, strength & toning

Wednesday 19.30-20.30 pm - a fitness program which will focus on body conditioning and will always end with a series of stretches to relax the body & mind.

To register, send a DM telling me which class you would like to join and any particular areas you want to work on.

Once you sign up to a class, you need to pay monthly at the beginning of each month, and give 2 weeks notice to leave the register.

If you miss out on your chosen class you will be placed on a waiting list.

Anyone who is out on holiday that wants to join can do so if there is space.

Each class is 5e.

Private tuition is available.

Small private groups are available.

One to one consultations with a recommended program are also available.

I have no availability for next week, but I am taking bookings for wc 7th March.

If you are suffering with aches and pains, if you are not quite seeing the results you want from your current exercise program, if you are struggling to find time to exercise or if you are considering taking up exercise - get in touch. Pilates is for everyone.

If you cannot commit to a 90 min session, then why not book a 45 min session for £25? In your session you will receive a postural check, we will discuss your goals and lifestyle and we will work on a program that you can fit in to your daily routine.

Wow! Amazing response to the Consultation for Prescribed Pilates!! I only have 1 slot left this week; Weds 9:30am.

Pilates is an M.O.T for the body & mind, it helps you to protect & strengthen your joints, improve your flexibility and tone up. It helps you to focus, energise and unwind.

The beauty of Pilates is that you can incorporate its principles into every day movement, meaning that you can turn daily tasks into exercise. You can exercise in the comfort of your own home, or take what you learn to the mats in the gym.

Learn some key fundamentals of this discipline to enjoy an enhanced lifestyle.

Prescribed Pilates plans are now available for clients. A 90 min consultation with full 1 hr private tuition. We will discuss your aims and your lifestyle, agree a program and run through it together. You will receive a comprehensive document with your bespoke program detailed in the post or if you wish you can book a follow up appointment.

Time is precious and fitting in an exercise plan is not always easy. Make sure you use the time you do have effectively by incorporating a tailored routine which suits your time constraints and meets your personal goals.

Initial consultation price is £50, follow up appointments are £35/hr session.

How are you reading this right now? Whether you are sat at your PC or standing looking at your phone, straighten up! Lengthen through the spine, send your crown of your head high and draw your navel to your spine to strengthen in your core. Draw back your shoulder blades and lower the shoulders away from the ears. Every day activity can be done in such a way that we optimise our posture, protect our joints and train our muscles to be strong :)
