It's definitely time to give your feet some extra attention after these summer months and have them treated and pampered by a pedicure.

The summer months are great but can be tough on your feet! A lot of people stress their feet more in warmer months than in cold ones. Wearing for example Flip-flops and other type of sandals can cause calluses due to the friction from the straps rubbing against the skin, the feet sliding around in the shoe, and the lack of support and cushioning that forces the feet to work harder. This increased pressure and friction on the feet triggers the body to build up protective layers of dead skin in response, forming calluses and corn.
