This is a post for all Scandinavian people, since I am givning a workshop in Swedish, this coming Saturday, 15/11, from 10-12 o'clock.🇸🇪🤩

The theme is "Self,-Help" mixing various techniques of Qigong, Yoga and many more advices with routines that can easily be applied in your daily life💥💪🥰🙌.

The Sunday Magic startade with picking up a lovely coffee at "Nybakat", with some freshly baked Swedish "kanelbullar" cinnamon buns, for my children.😋

Then recharging myself in the beautiful sea at Burriana Beach, being accompanied by dolphins 💖😍🐬

I can only say "Gracias, Thank you, Tack" , for these glorious moments of life 🙏🩵🌞🌊

On Tuesday the 14/10 we continue with the Taiji Qigong practice, focusing on "Chansen gong" exercise. 🌈❤️‍🔥

It is a common warming up technique for releasing tension and blocked energy flow in the tendons, ligaments and articulations.💯💫

As always, we work with the Dan Tien, energy centers and finish with "soft and hard" Taiji training.😍💪

I thank all you lovely participants of today's premiere class of the Taiji Qigong at "Siramark Dance Nerja" 🥰🙏👏

We had one hour of intense and powerful recharge of our whole being. With ancient techniques we released blockages, and enhanced the energy, working with our Dan tiene, energy centers in the body, combined with focused breathing and easy movements.💪💖💯

This is suitable for anyone, and good for everyone❗❣️
