This is a post for all Scandinavian people, since I am givning a workshop in Swedish, this coming Saturday, 15/11, from 10-12 o'clock.🇸🇪🤩

The theme is "Self,-Help" mixing various techniques of Qigong, Yoga and many more advices with routines that can easily be applied in your daily life💥💪🥰🙌.

The Sunday Magic startade with picking up a lovely coffee at "Nybakat", with some freshly baked Swedish "kanelbullar" cinnamon buns, for my children.😋

Then recharging myself in the beautiful sea at Burriana Beach, being accompanied by dolphins 💖😍🐬

I can only say "Gracias, Thank you, Tack" , for these glorious moments of life 🙏🩵🌞🌊

On Tuesday the 14/10 we continue with the Taiji Qigong practice, focusing on "Chansen gong" exercise. 🌈❤️‍🔥

It is a common warming up technique for releasing tension and blocked energy flow in the tendons, ligaments and articulations.💯💫

As always, we work with the Dan Tien, energy centers and finish with "soft and hard" Taiji training.😍💪
