Is it just us, or does scrolling about mental health sometimes feel like the emotionally healthiest thing we do all day… right before we start doom-scrolling again? 😅
Here’s the truth: social media can be amazing — we laugh, we connect, and yes, sometimes we learn pretty decent coping tips. But too much scrolling also means comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel… and that’s a recipe for anxiety and FOMO the size of your notifications badge. 
So here’s a radical idea:
📵 Put the phone down once in a while
🤝 Look someone in the eyes (yes, human eye contact!)
😴 And maybe don’t read every mental health meme like it’s your autobiography 😄
