“Scroll Less. Feel More. A Gentle Reminder for Your Mental Health.”

Is it just us, or does scrolling about mental health sometimes feel like the emotionally healthiest thing we do all day… right before we start doom-scrolling again? 😅

Here’s the truth: social media can be amazing — we laugh, we connect, and yes, sometimes we learn pretty decent coping tips. But too much scrolling also means comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel… and that’s a recipe for anxiety and FOMO the size of your notifications badge. 

So here’s a radical idea:
📵 Put the phone down once in a while
🤝 Look someone in the eyes (yes, human eye contact!)
😴 And maybe don’t read every mental health meme like it’s your autobiography 😄

🌿 The In-Between Days 🌿

There’s something quietly special about this time of year.

The rush has eased. The emails have slowed. The calendar feels oddly spacious.
We’re somewhere between “What day is it?” and “Should I start planning next year… or have another mince pie?”

These in-between days can be a gentle mix of:
• calm and reflection
• family time and socialising
• leftover chocolate and elasticated waistbands
• big hopes… and very small energy levels

It’s a chance to look back at the year we’ve lived — not just what we achieved, but what we survived, learned, and carried — while softly imagining what we might want more (or less) of in the year ahead.

No pressure. No rush. No perfectly written resolutions required.

Just permission to pause, connect, laugh, rest… and begin again when you’re ready.
