Müder Blick, ausgeprägte Tränensäcke aber keine Lust auf ein „operiertes“ Ergebnis? Genau darum geht es hier.

Bei dieser Kombination aus Ober- und Unterlidstraffung mit Fetttransposition wurde kein Fett entfernt, sondern das vorhandene Fettgewebe schonend umverteilt.

Warum?
Tränensäcke entstehen oft nicht durch „zu viel“ Fett, sondern durch ein Ungleichgewicht zwischen Vorwölbung und Volumenverlust in der Tränenrinne. Entfernt man zu viel, kann schnell ein eingefallener, künstlicher Eindruck entstehen.

Stattdessen:
✔ Straffung überschüssiger Haut am Oberlid
✔ Reposition des Unterlidfetts zur Glättung des Lid-Wangen-Übergangs
✔ Erhalt der natürlichen Augenanatomie
✔ Kein ausgehöhlter Effekt

Tired eyes, visible under-eye bags but no desire for an “overdone” surgical look? That’s exactly the goal here.

In this combined upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, no fat was removed. Instead, the existing fat was carefully redistributed.

Why?
Under-eye bags are often not caused by “too much” fat, but by an imbalance between bulging and volume loss in the tear trough. Removing too much fat can quickly create a hollow, artificial appearance.

Instead:
✔ Removal of excess upper-eyelid skin
✔ Repositioning of lower-eyelid fat to smooth the lid-cheek transition
✔ Preservation of the natural eye anatomy
✔ No hollowed look

Mirada cansada, bolsas marcadas pero sin querer un resultado “operado”. De eso se trata exactamente este caso.

En esta combinación de blefaroplastia superior e inferior con reposición de grasa, no se eliminó grasa; se redistribuyó cuidadosamente la existente.

¿Por qué?
Las bolsas no siempre aparecen por “demasiada” grasa, sino por un desequilibrio entre protrusión y pérdida de volumen en el surco lagrimal. Si se elimina demasiado, puede aparecer un aspecto hundido y artificial.

En su lugar:
✔ Eliminación del exceso de piel del párpado superior
✔ Reposición de la grasa del párpado inferior para suavizar la transición párpado-mejilla
✔ Preservación de la anatomía natural del ojo

Bei einer Fettabsaugung werden Fettzellen gezielt und dauerhaft entfernt.
Diese Fettzellen bilden sich an den behandelten Stellen nicht neu.

Das bedeutet: Die abgesaugten Areale behalten ihre neue Kontur.
Gewichtsschwankungen können zwar die verbleibenden Fettzellen beeinflussen,
doch die Verteilung verändert sich nicht zurück zum Ausgangszustand.

Ziel einer fachgerecht durchgeführten Liposuktion
