We are changing alongside our planet and our communities. But we are seeking change somewhere else. The answers are allways in front of us when we can trully feel what is alive and present. This journey of feeling does not have a deadline, it cannot be completed in a 3 month container, it is a life commitment that turns on when our being turns on. Self love is more than affirmations, rituals or learning to be kinder with yourself. Real self love begins when you stop abandoning yourself in order to be understood, accepted or chosen. That moment is uncomfortable, but it also feels like I am claiming myself back. I chose me first. ❤️ ❤️

I feel even deeper contribution when my sessions are serving from the outcomes of my journey too. Many times I found myself shutting down because I did not want to express my ego and I am realising that wanting to leave my ego behind has lead to cutting of from my power and from what I can achieve in this life. This journey is not about cutting any part of myself off but rather feeling when my self@expression is forced and heavy or when it comes with ease and from a sense of completion ❤️

There are many doorways into our self love and they all start from the present moment moving through the illusions of others, layers of pain or unease/disease. Every resistance, every challenge is only an opportunity to gain back our autonomy and power of being the center of our love.

it is approached as data.
Something in you is responding.
That response has meaning.
Listening changes the experience.
