Recordad, el dolor lumbar idiopático no siempre indica una lesión grave. Con un enfoque activo y guiado por el fisioterapeuta, puede experimentar una mejora significativa. En casos más agravantes se pueden derivar otras lesiones. El movimiento, la educación y la constancia, son las mejores herramientas para tu dolor.💪🏽
