This week, we continue with our regular schedule of classes, offering space to move, pause, and reconnect with yourself and with others.

For our special event this week, we are happy to offer Bloom & Breathe Sound Bath with Danielle Goldfarb. This will be a beautiful opportunity to rest deeply and welcome the energy of spring through sound. All are welcome.

At times the world can feel like a heavy place to be. When we feel overwhelmed or helpless, coming together in community can help lighten that weight. Sharing space, breath, and practice with others reminds us that we are not alone. Simply arriving on the mat and practising together can bring a sense of steadiness and connection.
