The 2026 Solar Eclipse Holistic Retreat is now open for bookings at www.mikuretreats.com.

Join us in the sacred mountains of Deià, Mallorca, where sun meets moon and soul meets self. We invite those ready to invest in their higher selves, this once in a lifetime retreat will be facilitated by a group experts in their field.

The first of its kind, this retreat blends science, nature and spirit under the energy of a rare celestial event.

Mornings begin with chanting yoga, followed by daily educational workshops into Environment, Nutrition, Energy, Mind and Physical (based in Japanese Integrated Medicine).

Afternoons bring ‘self-treatment’ training based on Ninjutsu/5 elements - learn how to balance your own energy system and physical.
