But here’s the truth most women never hear.

The workout doesn’t change your body.
Recovery does.

After 40 you won’t keep muscle just because you trained hard.
Without enough protein after, your physiology reads the session as stress not strength.

No rebuild.
No tone.
Just fatigue and cravings later that night.

Protein post-training is the signal:
we are safe
we can repair
we can adapt

If your training isn’t giving you the results you expected, it’s usually not your effort.
It’s your recovery strategy.

For me, this feels like a quiet click back into alignment.

No rebrand.
No big announcements.
Just clarity returning after a looong stretch of internal recalibration in my 7H of relationships.

Reid Well-Being is built from lived experience first.
My health. My rhythms. My nervous system.
Then the work so I can guide you.

When the energy shifts, I don’t rush to act.
I listen, educate, reflect.
I let my body and business come back online together.

This next chapter isn’t about doing more.

🤓 Rejoice in the 1st of February and the Full Moony in Leo...

Take it from a Leo Moon woman who knows her light and refuses to perform for it: the last two weeks of January have been tough !

Pluto conjunct every personal planet in Aquarius.
Low-hormone limbo.
Grey island skies doing nothing for mood.

But with every dark patch comes a recalibration.

This Leo Full Moon reminded me of something important:
I don’t need to push harder.
I need to stay true to my heart.

Less proving.
Less explaining.
More embodied leadership.

This is what cycle-aware strength and health actually looks like in midlife.
Not consistency at all costs.
But knowing when to hold and when to rise.

February gets to be led from the heart again.
No performance required.
Full applause accepted. 🦁

Moon in Aries reminds us that momentum begins in the body.

Here’s some movement inspiration for today:

1. Short uphill walk or stair bursts
Aries Moon needs forward motion.
10–20 minutes. Brisk. Purposeful.
No podcast. Let the body lead.

2. One sharp strength circuit
Pick 3 moves.
Squat. Push. Pull.
3–5 rounds. Moderate weight. No grinding.
Finish feeling awake, not depleted.

3. Shake it out, then stop
2–5 minutes of fast, instinctive movement.
Jumping jacks, shadow boxing, stomping, dancing badly.
End it early. Aries likes the spark, not the marathon.

If you’re feeling heavy, you don’t need motivation.
You need motion.

Honouring your rhythms is the gift and a core part of my work.

Not pushing transformation.
Not pushing optimisation.
Just being present with Mother Nature.

Taking my late luteal ass out into nature was the best thing I could’ve done for my jaguar mood tonight.

Late luteal doesn’t need fixing or wine.
It needs trees, fresh air and less screen time.

Mallorca is part of the protocol.
Come visit.
We’ll walk, lift, breathe and let your nervous system exhale in the sunshine.

Endorphins are the gateway drug to self-trust.

This is why strength training changes everything.

I have one clear intention for Reid Well-Being in 2026.

To help 1,000 women become confident, capable and empowered in the gym so they can build real strength and stop outsourcing their power to fear, age or hormones.

Because in my lived experience, and in every woman I’ve coached, when women feel physically strong everything else becomes easier to regulate.
Mood. Boundaries. Sleep. Appetite. Confidence.

You trust your body again.
And when you trust your body, you stop second-guessing your life.

Whether that’s through 1:1 coaching or the next evolution of Reid Well-Being group programmes, this is the work I’m here to do.

Strong women don’t need fixing.
They need space, structure and permission to rise.
