But here’s the truth most women never hear.
The workout doesn’t change your body.
Recovery does.
After 40 you won’t keep muscle just because you trained hard.
Without enough protein after, your physiology reads the session as stress not strength.
No rebuild.
No tone.
Just fatigue and cravings later that night.
Protein post-training is the signal:
we are safe
we can repair
we can adapt
