For years I believed growth meant learning more, becoming smarter, collecting concepts.
And to be clear — there’s nothing wrong with learning.
Knowledge helps, inspires, opens doors.

But I eventually realized something deeper:
learning alone doesn’t change you if the Body remains the same.

Real transformation began the moment I started removing - not adding.

Layers like shame, people-pleasing, fear of judgment, and the need to control…They weren’t “mental problems.”

They were physical patterns living in my breath, my belly, my chest, my shoulders.
They shaped how I walked into a room, how I spoke, how I loved, how I hid.

And the more I listened to my body,
the more those layers softened…
and the closer I got to something real:

…our deeper essence is not something to conquer,
but something that reveals itself when what is unnecessary falls away.

Most of us spend years running away from that emptiness.

You know... the strange silence that appears when something in your life ends or shifts, and for a while, you don’t really know who you are anymore.

I’ve been there too.
For a long time, every time I felt that void opening, I tried to fill it
with new goals, yoga, mindfulness, productivity, anything that kept me “busy.”

But here’s the paradox:
the moment I stopped trying to fill it,
and actually entered it through the body,
everything started to change.

That emptiness we fear so much isn’t the end of us.
It’s the space where the nervous system rewires,
where the body learns to trust stillness,
and where your real self starts to grow. 🌿

Honestly?
Learning to stay in that silence has taught me more about myself
than a thousand “self-improvement” sessions ever could. 😅

Scrivo questo post con tutto il mio cuoricino. ❤️

Chi mi conosce sa quanto abbia letteralmente cambiato la mia vita...
e il mio modo di intendere il corpo, la presenza, le relazioni, la crescita umana e professionale.

Lui, oltre ad essere per me un maestro di vita (odierà essere definito così, speriamo non legga questo post 😄), è il fondatore di BioMagia Italia, il portale, a mio avviso, più trasformativo che esista oggi, dove presenta un "approccio" profondo, neurobiologico e reale all’evoluzione (o forse, come direbbe lui, all’ "involuzione") dell’essere umano.

Il suo lavoro mi ha cambiato radicalmente come persona e come terapeuta, e sento il desiderio di farlo arrivare a tutti quelli che, come me, si sono sentiti confusi, volevano capirsi di più, ma non trovavano mai risposte vere.

Siccome Gianlu non è molto “social” - e forse anche perché è troppo umile per promuoversi veramente - mi sembra giusto e quasi un mio dovere far conoscere ciò che porta nel mondo, perché fa bene per davvero!!

Those who know me already know how much has literally changed my life...
and my way of understanding the body, presence, relationships, and both personal and professional growth.

Sometimes we live too much in the head.
Always thinking, planning, trying to understand, but the body… the body knows. It always knows.

Every time I slow down and listen...even for a few seconds...everything changes. The noise fades.
What’s left is real: the breath, the weight, the warmth.

I’m still learning this Art, little by little, every day.

And I’ve been lucky to meet two great teachers on this path:
“Gianlu” of BioMagia Italia, my main reference and guide in this work, and Eckhart Tolle, whose teachings keep reminding me to return to presence.
