My name is Nadia, I’m a personal trainer who has a passion for helping women achieve their dream bodies and build their confidence, without having to sacrifice hours and hours of your day or endure gruelling workouts and diets with little to no results.
I created this programme to help women reach and maintain their goal weight and fitness level easily while enjoying the plan.
The programme has a step by step guide where you will find;

- Hints and tips on exercise and dieting

* The meal plans and recipes provided contain meat, fish, poultry, dairy, gluten and nuts. If in
doubt please contact us. We are currently working on a Vegetarian/ Vegan/ gluten free version which will be offered once completed.
