• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- raw calamari rings 150g
- 4 chicken thighs: cut into small pieces
- 3 pork chops: cut into small pieces (optional)
- peeled raw prawns: 150g
- raw king prawns with shell: 150g
- 200g fresh clams/ cockles
- 100g half shell mussels
- 1 1/2 mugs of rice (brown or wild)
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas

LADIES!! We are currently looking for 10 women who would would be interested in trialling our brand new 6 week ultimate bikini body programme.

In this programme you will find:
- 3 different workouts for each week targeting different muscle groups (18 workouts in total)

- 6 weekly meal plans complete with recipes

- Weekly one to one catch up to answer any questions that you may have and monitor your progress.

Terms and conditions:
- You must be committed to following
the programme during the 6 week
duration.

before, during and after photos to
monitor progress and
transformation and give us your
consent to use your progress

- A £60 ($80 USD approx) deposit
will be charged at the beginning of

the end of the 6 weeks in exchange
for your progress results.
