This week's weekly wild card is working with the moon energy oracle card deck that I bought from one of my fellow Universal energy workers back in Norfolk, A lady called Christine Carr. I've recorded a guided meditation inspired by the Solar Eclipse card which sprang out of the deck whilst i was shuffling them. As we know, that's the sign we're looking for when working with oracle cards.

Practice kindness in all your thoughts and deeds today—toward yourself, other people, animals, and the environment—and watch the rewards that come your way!
We often refer to kindness as "thoughtfulness." Yet, kindness is more correctly described as "lovefulness." By drawing this card, the fairies hand you the wonderful assignment of looking for opportunities to be kind today. This may mean "undercover kindness," in which you do anonymous good deeds. Or, it could mean being extra alert for strangers who could use a helpful hand or a thoughtful word. Kindness can also entail letting someone else win the argument or volunteering for a cause you truly believe in.

At my meditation class this evening, I guided everyone to love themselves for exactly who they are, to replace societal imprinting and embrace their authentic selves ... the person they were born to be

How apt that this is my bedtime card. If it's found its way into your awareness this evening, here is the message for you:

"I will take time to be alone with myself, my inner truth, and the beauty of my spirit. I will enjoy my own company."

There are times when we need to be alone. We need to listen to ourselves, to hear our inner voice. We need to rest, renew, and restore ourselves. We need to honor our body, our emotions, and our spirit. We need to take time for ourselves, time to be quiet, time to be at peace.

Take a bath. Go for a walk. Write in your journal. Watch the sunset. Breathe deeply. Take time to be alone. Take time to listen to what your heart is saying. Take time to be still. Take time to be quiet. Take time to be at peace.

Make a promise to yourself to take time for quiet time. You deserve it.
