MOVING BEYOND COVID !!
Has your life been changed in the last 12 months, Could maybe been shaken up with UNCERTAINTY ,WORRY FEAR ..could be DEPRESSED have ANXIETY .created unusual PHOBIAS , UNWANTED HABITS ,maybe drinking to much ALCOHOL BECOME ADDICTED or needing substances or medication. to cope .

Hey .My friends Hoping most of you are pleased to be out and about after a number of difficult months where individuals and family lives have had to go through Lock downs along with lack of social interaction..which I know after many years working in therapy and coaching can have a great impact on peoples mental health.
