Hi, I’m Lucy and I’ve been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years,
trained within the lineage of the Bihar School of Yoga in India, Europe and Australia.

My integral yoga classes are suitable for all ages, gentle yet dynamic with a focus on deepening awareness and
self-reflection.

Treat yourself to a class and you’ll feel physically and mentally more relaxed, positive and ready for the day ahead.

Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of proficiency. Available for groups, couples and individuals.

I am Lucy Stewart, a yoga practitioner for 25 years.
I have practiced and taught yoga in India, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, Bulgaria, Portugal, England, Wales and here in Spain in Madrid, Seville and Barcelona.

I currently offer private yoga classes in English for foreigners, with the possibility of doing them in hotels, rural houses or natural surroundings.
