Welcoming Naomi to BeYOUtiful Yoga

We’re so happy to introduce Naomi, who will be joining the BeYOUtiful Yoga team this March, offering beautiful Meditation & Journalling sessions every Wednesday — your perfect midweek reset.

Naomi is a passionate Meditation Facilitator who creates gentle, supportive spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with your breath, and rediscover calm in everyday life. Meditation has been a meaningful part of her own journey for many years, and she loves helping others experience how simple moments of presence can bring more peace, stability and clarity.

Alongside her meditation teaching, Naomi is a UK-qualified psychotherapist, with a background in supporting people through stress, anxiety and life transitions. Her approach is warm, grounded and accessible — everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

In her sessions you can expect:

The wind is the unseen element that reminds us we are alive.

It moves without shape, yet shapes everything it touches.
It bends trees but cannot be bent.
It carries seeds across continents and whispers across oceans.

In its flow, we are reminded that life is not meant to stand still.

The wind is breath on a larger scale — the earth inhaling and exhaling. Each gust feels like a quiet invitation to release what we no longer need. Old thoughts. Stagnant fears. The cobwebs in the corners of the heart.

When the wind rises, it stirs more than leaves. It moves emotions long settled, lifts heavy air from our chests, and clears space inside us. What feels unsettled is often just life rearranging itself.

To feel the wind is to feel movement — not chaos, but renewal. A reminder that stillness is temporary, and flow is natural.

Let it pass through you.

Let it carry away what weighs you down.
