We hope to introduce you to the type of medical services we provide

Our health centre is the oldest established medical centre on the Costa del Sol aiming to provide medical care and assistance to the English speaking community in this area. We aim to provide ongoing medical supervision and treatment as well as rapid acute care for the more urgent problems. In addition we provide ancillary medical services such as infant vaccination programs, general nursing support and specialized medical staff and investigations. Our aim is to provide the highest possible standards of private medical practice, without losing sight of a very personalized service and continuity of care. In essence we are a general practice based on the lines of UK privite general practices with 24 hors doctors on call, full day opening hours and domiciliary medical care.

Our Story

triay medical centre is located in San Pedro Alcantara, close to Puerto Banús, Marbella. The members of our team are English-speaking doctors including UK-trained GPs as well as many other specialists.

The practice was originally started by Dr S.H. Triay as a single handed private medical practice in 1971.

In 1986 his son Dr Charles H. Triay who had been working in England for several years joined the practice as a junior general practitioner.

Since then the practice has grown year by year to our current level of three general practitioners, a large panel of medical specialists, non-medical specialists and other valuable staff members.
