USEFUL INFORMATION REGARDING POST OFFICE

If you go to Correos to pick up a parcel, you can sometimes expect queueing. And if you’re not prepared, you may be sent home without the parcel.

If you’re collecting a parcel from Correos for someone else, they won’t hand it over unless you have everything with you.

You’ll need:
✔️ Your ID
✔️ A copy of the recipient’s ID
✔️ The yellow slip (aviso / papel amarillo)
✔️ An authorization filled out on that slip

Correos checks this at the counter very seriously — so coming prepared saves you from doing the line twice 😉

WHAT IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOME CARE AND NURSING CARE?

While nursing care is there to treat and manage medical conditions,
𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 is there to help with activities of daily living , ensure safe and comfortable environment and help to prevent emergencies, before they even happen.

Home care: personal care&hygiene, mobility support, light house cleaning and meal preparation

Nursing care: monitoring of vital signs, administration of injections, wound care
