(Everyday People Initiating Change) We help bring clean water to remote villages in Tanzania, Africa. I LOVE nature and being connected to it is most calming for my nervous system, especially amongst the trees. For over 20 years I was the Regional Manager of an Organic & Natural Suncare co., with security, experience and flexibility within my role. So why?, does one ask, would I give it all up and decide to become a Health and Wellness Coach? For some years before, I kept hearing whispers that I must find my purpose. I wondered about and searched for this 'purpose' and then one day the voice inside me was no longer whispering but shouting that I was put on this earth to help women lead healthier and more fulfilled lives! I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as personal development, goal-setting and much more. I believe that consistent habits lead to lasting changes in your life and I am here with you every step of the way to help you achieve those changes.

Don’t have time for yourself? This is your reminder.

Feeling constantly busy, overwhelmed, and stretched thin is one of the most common signs of burnout, especially for women juggling work, family, and expectations. Self love and self care aren’t luxuries you earn after everything is done. They are essential practices for mental health, emotional balance, and long term wellbeing.

Simplifying Life is what is important for me right now.
Enjoying and being present in what we are doing!

Being in nature helps ground me so much!
We are so fortunate to live on this beautiful Island.
Watching the sunrise on Mount Teide (2 degrees!) 30 mins drive into the forest for a mindful walk with Milo.
And an hour to get home to 20 degrees and sunshine by the sea. Such diversity!

It you haven’t already, schedule those dates with your loved ones…..we always make it a priority.
It’s what gives life meaning ❤️❤️
