Louise Arnaiz Coach Health and Wellness Coach Hi, my name is Louise Arnaiz and I am a Mam, Step-Mam and Wife. I am a volunteer with E.P.I.C. Are you ready?!

I am Irish, and today I live on the beautiful island of Tenerife, Canary Islands. (Everyday People Initiating Change) We help bring clean water to remote villages in Tanzania, Africa. I LOVE nature and being connected to it is most calming for my nervous system, especially amongst the trees. For over 20 years I was the Regional Manager of an Organic & Natural Suncare co., with security, experience and flexibility within my role. So why?, does one ask, would I give it all up and decide to become a Health and Wellness Coach? For some years before, I kept hearing whispers that I must find my purpose. I wondered about and searched for this 'purpose' and then one day the voice inside me was no longer whispering but shouting that I was put on this earth to help women lead healthier and more fulfilled lives! I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as personal development, goal-setting and much more. I believe that consistent habits lead to lasting changes in your life and I am here with you every step of the way to help you achieve those changes.

When life moves at a pace our hearts can’t keep up with, our bodies send signals—fatigue, stress, restlessness—reminders that we’ve drifted from what truly sustains us. 🌿

We’re designed for rhythms that nourish: shared moments, steady breath, genuine joy, and time that feels spacious instead of rushed. When we honour those, we remember our natural state of balance and ease.

This has been a prayer that has followed and helped me through the decades!

In my 20’s, dealing with my alcoholic partner, realizing that alcoholism is a disease!
In my 30’s, just navigating life!
In my 40’s helping my husband deal with a narcissist.…PS a narcissist will never change.
And now in my 50’s understanding Mam’s Alzheimer’s!

Life is not always rosy, we all experience ups and downs, but we have to understand what is within our control and what is not.

Each circumstance is different, we must be able to recognize what we can change or help with and what we can’t.
Some situations require detachment, some boundaries and others love.

This is a powerful prayer, I hope it helps you as much as it has me 🙏❤️

I try to always remember your teachings….especially the one to “Be Kind”
& of course from time to time I hear myself echo “shut up you imbecile!” 😉 that’s ok too, isn’t it? 😃
