Louise Arnaiz Coach Hi, my name is Louise Arnaiz and I am a Mam, Step-Mam and Wife. I am Irish, and today I live on the beautiful island of Tenerife, Canary Islands. Are you ready?!

IIN Certified Health Coach helping professionals improve well-being with stress management, mindfulness & self-love practices.

👉 Follow for practical wellness tools, mindset support, and real-life balance. I am a volunteer with E.P.I.C. (Everyday People Initiating Change) We help bring clean water to remote villages in Tanzania, Africa. I LOVE nature and being connected to it is most calming for my nervous system, especially amongst the trees. For over 20 years I was the Regional Manager of an Organic & Natural Suncare co., with security, experience and flexibility within my role. So why?, does one ask, would I give it all up and decide to become a Health and Wellness Coach? For some years before, I kept hearing whispers that I must find my purpose. I wondered about and searched for this 'purpose' and then one day the voice inside me was no longer whispering but shouting that I was put on this earth to help women lead healthier and more fulfilled lives! I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as personal development, goal-setting and much more. I believe that consistent habits lead to lasting changes in your life and I am here with you every step of the way to help you achieve those changes.

Many people searching for stress management techniques think they need better productivity systems or stronger discipline. In reality, chronic stress often comes from overcommitment and a lack of boundaries.

When you constantly say yes to work, responsibilities, and expectations from others, your nervous system never gets a chance to recover. Over time this leads to mental overload, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.

Learning how to say no is not selfish. It is a form of self respect and emotional wellbeing.
If you are feeling constantly overwhelmed, it may be time to evaluate what you are carrying that was never yours to hold.

Feeling mentally overloaded is more common than you think.

If you have been struggling to focus, forgetting small things, feeling irritated easily, or feeling tired even after rest, you may not be lazy or unmotivated. You may be experiencing mental overload.

Mental overload happens when your brain is processing too much information without enough time to recover. Constant notifications, decision making, work pressure, emotional responsibility, and daily stress can quietly build up. Over time, this affects your focus, mood, and energy.

Learning how to manage stress, protect your mental energy, and create intentional pauses is not a luxury. It is essential for long term performance and wellbeing.

If you are searching for:
how to reduce mental overload
signs of mental exhaustion
stress management techniques
how to focus better at work
how to avoid burnout

Start with awareness. Then build structure that supports you.

If you need guidance, book a free clarity call with me. Let us create a sustainable way for you to work and live without constantly feeling overwhelmed.

🌸 Shifting Focus to What Really Matters 🌸

In a world that measures success by weight, income, productivity, and achievements, many women feel overwhelmed, stressed, and never quite enough. If you have been constantly chasing numbers on a scale or in your bank account, it may be time to pause and reset your focus.

Mindfulness is not about ignoring ambition. It is about redefining success in a way that protects your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Instead of obsessing over external validation, ask yourself:
How often do I speak kindly to myself?
How often do I express love and gratitude?
How often do I choose peace over pressure?

These daily habits of self love, stress management, and emotional awareness have a powerful impact on your confidence, relationships, and overall happiness.

When you focus on mindful living, self worth, and inner stability, you reduce anxiety and create sustainable success. You begin to value rest, connection, growth, and presence as much as performance.

If you have been searching for:
how to practise mindfulness in daily life
how to stop comparing yourself to others
how to reduce stress naturally
how to build self love and confidence
how to feel fulfilled without burnout

Start by shifting what you measure.

The numbers that truly matter are the moments of peace, gratitude, connection, and self respect you create each day.

Most people think healthy eating is about more discipline.

It is not.

It is about awareness.

Mindful food habits are the small things we do before, during and after we eat. Sitting down. Slowing down. Breathing. Noticing when we are full.

When you eat in a calm state, your body feels safe. And when your body feels safe, digestion, energy and even cravings begin to shift.

You do not need another strict plan.
You need a better relationship with your body.

Start with one small change today. That is enough 🤍

Your body doesn’t need chaos to hold tension.

It only needs time spent pushing through, staying strong, or ignoring its signals.
When you’ve learned to function under stress, your nervous system doesn’t automatically switch off just because things look “fine”.

Healing starts with safety, not fixing.
Save this if it resonated 🤍

🌿 Self love isn’t a treat for later.

It’s the quiet, consistent practice of caring for yourself while life keeps moving — during the chaos, the deadlines, the noise.

💌 Save this as a gentle reminder: your care is always valid.

Another wonderful workshop with some fabulous people from Ireland and Slovakia.
Note to self: get more photos during our morning! 😃

One of the topics we covered was Types of Self-Care.

Physical Self-Care: Engaging in regular exercise, getting sufficient sleep, maintaining a balanced diet, and attending to physical health needs.

Emotional Self-Care: Practicing self-compassion, setting boundaries in relationships, expressing feelings through journaling or therapy, and engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

Mental Self-Care: Stimulating the mind through learning new skills, engaging in creative hobbies, managing stress through relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing.

Spiritual Self-Care: Connecting with personal beliefs and values through prayer, meditation, nature walks, or engaging in spiritual practices that provide a sense of purpose and inner peace.

I love when we get to share many different ways in which we care for ourselves.
I even agreed to trying horse riding as a form of physical self-care 😃

A little look back at Day 2 of our Camino Sanabrés…

Rain, rain and more rain.
And somehow, it made it even more special.

We were completely soaked, but the beautiful landscapes, the quiet villages, the encouraging locals, and the enchanting forests kept us going. Not to mention the laughs we had trying to avoid the puddles ☺️

Moments like this remind me that the magic of the Camino is not about perfect weather. It’s about the journey, the people, and the memories you carry home.

We’re already so excited about our next Camino… and I cannot wait to share the details with you very soon 🤍✨

Feeling overstimulated is not a personality flaw. It is a nervous system response.

When you are constantly exposed to noise, screens, pressure, expectations, and emotional demands, your body shifts into stress mode. After a while, that can feel like anxiety, irritability, brain fog, tension, or sudden exhaustion.

This is not you failing. This is your body asking for safety.
Stress management is not about forcing yourself to calm down. It is about learning how to regulate your nervous system, reduce overload, and create space in your day so your body can breathe again.

Sometimes the most powerful reset looks like:

• lowering the lights
• putting your phone away
• taking five slow breaths
• saying no to one thing

If you often feel overwhelmed or overstimulated, you do not need more discipline. You might need support.

If this resonates, book a free call with me. Coaching might be the space where you learn practical tools to manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and care for yourself in a way that actually works for your life.

You do not have to keep pushing through on your own 🤍
