my nervous system, especially amongst the trees. For over 20 years I was the Regional Manager of an Organic & Natural Suncare co., with security, experience and flexibility within my role. So why?, does one ask, would I give it all up and decide to become a Health and Wellness Coach? For some years before, I kept hearing whispers that I must find my purpose. I wondered about and searched for this 'purpose' and then one day the voice inside me was no longer whispering but shouting that I was put on this earth to help women lead healthier and more fulfilled lives! I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as personal development, goal-setting and much more. I believe that consistent habits lead to lasting changes in your life and I am here with you every step of the way to help you achieve those changes.

Day 2 We got up at our ease with a 15km walk ahead of us.
It wasn’t too difficult……240m climb throughout the day.
We rambled most of it, being mindful along the way.
Passing through villages, forests and then on to the beach avoiding the rain with each step! 😃
9-10 for today…..the Celtic Camino (Camino Inglés) is a win so far!
We are organizing the accommodation already for our Oct Camino (as the special places are few and far between) let me know if you are interested in joining us. Limited spots…..male and female on this next one, so if you are a couple or you have a friend who’d like to join can you pass on the info please 🙏💪🥰

Day 1 of the Celtic Camino! 💚 mostly flat today and 15.2kms to our next stop! Not the original 20+ that we first thought 😊
In total we will walk 113kms from Ferrol to Santiago de Compostela ….approx 20kms per day & less on the last so we arrive into the cathedral square early morning to soak in the atmosphere.

Last week, I had the pleasure of guiding five professionals from Poland and Ireland through my The Balanced Self course, in collaboration with .

Day 1 was all about self-love and learning to prioritise our own needs.
Day 2 focused on stress management, with a morning workshop full of practical tools to help us navigate daily pressures.

On Day 3, we visited a local fruit and vegetable market, where we explored fresh produce and even tasted sugarcane juice, before heading back to my place for a relaxed “You Are What You Eat” chat on the terrace.

We spent our final day on a mindful walk in Monte del Agua, Erjos — one of my favourite spots to truly disconnect, immerse in nature, and engage all the senses.

We left feeling more balanced, calm, and ready to return to work with a renewed commitment to prioritising ourselves.

Mindfulness isn’t about being calm all the time.

It’s about staying present… even when things feel overwhelming.
It’s learning to pause instead of react.

To notice what you’re feeling without letting it take control.
That’s emotional discipline.
That’s choosing your response.
And that’s real power.

Most people think mindfulness means peace and stillness.

But the truth is, it’s about showing up for yourself in every moment. Especially the hard ones.
