I am an intuitive massage therapist, Get Into Your Body practitioner and yoga teacher, using holistic fluid techniques, solidly grounded in anatomy and modern physiology research. I am based near Santa Eulalia de Rio, and can bring my services across the whole island of Ibiza or further afield. My Myofascial Massage treatments use the Jing Method fusing Eastern and Western systems. My style is slow and compassionate, with the capacity for deceptively deep tissue work. It combines clinical and holistic techniques, providing a powerful toolset for releasing and healing tensions in body and mind. Get Into Your Body by the Ixchel System is a posture and gait realignment system that educates you to understand and move your body away from harmful or painful patterns. My Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes focus on individual intelligent alignment. We connect mindful movement with the natural ebbs and flow of energy and breath. As we deepen the practice we may choose to deepen our challenges. Each class takes its own journey, and each student will take their own route.

I’m so proud of and myself for officially being the first practitioners.

The certification is the culmination of 2 years of receiving, practicing and training in the methodology. A special thanks to all my case studies trusting me to practice with you.
Its been quite a journey, with its ups and downs, and although we’ve reached this important marker, the journey continues, of course.

With what I’ve learned I am now stronger and more aligned in my purpose.

This is powerful toolset for treating chronic pain, injury and releasing and healing tensions in both the body and mind.

My Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes focus on individual intelligent alignment. Each yogi is encouraged to collaborate with me in seeking their individual needs and challenges, so that they receive a unique practice even within a group situation.
