1. Eat your breakfast later on in the day and make it high in protein & fibre to keep you full and help you to eat less calories
2. Carve out 10 minutes to do a full body weight workout daily :
20 Squats
10 Push ups
20 Walking lunges
20 Jumping Jacks
This lowers bloody glucose & gets you in the right headspace 💪 Yes it does make a difference 😉
3. Avoid the “ all or nothing “ mindset. Just as one healthy meal will not get you in shape - one indulgent meal will not put on heaps of weight.
It’s the compunding of good habits that help to mitigate unwanted pounds.
