Looking for signs isn’t weakness.
It’s conditioning.
It often begins when your truth wasn’t believed.
When your feelings were questioned, dismissed, or minimized.

External confirmation feels safer than inner knowing
because inner knowing once came with consequences.
But here’s the truth most people don’t want to face:

Missing someone or something that hurt you does not mean it was right for you.

It means it was familiar.

The nervous system is not designed to choose what is healthy.
It is designed to choose what it knows.

That’s why people miss toxic relationships.
