It's hard to love ourselves when we are different. And I know how much it means when we meet someone who has any idea of what we are dealing with.

That's why I created My PatchPower - Mila's Adventure in Skin City. Through Mila's story kids can get a better understanding about how vitiligo develops and why it's nothing to fear. I believe that educating children early on can lead to a kinder and more empathetic future.

It's a book not only for kids with vitiligo, but for every child.

Painting my vitiligo is my kind of self-love.
I take my time, focusing on every spot, shape,line.
Somehow it increases the love I feel towards my skin and it makes me realise I wouldn’t be the same without my beauty patches.
