This feels BIG to share…

After years of walking this path myself and teaching these kriyas to students around the world for over 15 years, I’m now opening the gates to a very sacred Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Teacher Training - the only training of its kind in the West!

This is a path of awakening. Of remembrance. Of sacred service. A path that changed my life forever.

For years I taught yoga… yet deep inside something was missing. I longed for a sacred connection not only within myself but with my students. I was in search of a deeper truth, a real transmission, a spiritual path that felt alive.

My search led me to India where I met my beloved Guruji Dev Baba, and through his grace I received the direct living transmission of Ancient Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Yoga (AHKKY), a lineage so pure, so rare, passed heart to heart through generations of Himalayan masters.

It’s been over a decade now and this work has touched every part of my life. It’s in how I mother my son, how I love and how I serve.

I’m now ready to pass this ancient wisdom to those who are truly ready to walk this path with heart, courage and devotion🤩

This isn’t for everyone. But if something stirs in you while reading this, then maybe it’s for you.

On this sacred day of Hanuman Jayanti, we honour the birth of Lord Hanuman - the embodiment of unwavering devotion, strength, humility, and divine service. His life is a reminder that true power lies in surrender to the Divine, and that faith can move mountains - quite literally, as Hanumanji did when he carried the Sanjeevani mountain to save Lakshmana.

Chanting the Hanuman Chalisa on this day is especially potent. Each verse is infused with the energy of protection, courage, and clarity. It is said to burn away negativity, remove fears, and shield one from dark or harmful energies. When we recite the Chalisa, we invoke Hanuman’s presence - his divine strength, his steadfast love for Ram, and his power to guide us through obstacles, both worldly and spiritual.

May Hanuman’s blessings fill your heart with fearlessness, your path with clarity, and your spirit with deep devotion ✨
