We’re joined by Eyoel Tizitaw, CEO of GTS and one of Ethiopia’s most seasoned textile & garment operations consultants, with 23 years of industry experience. Eyoel specializes in turning factory plans into predictable, efficient output through layout design, line balancing, KPI-driven management routines, and production turnaround strategies.

His work spans QC systems, AQL, social-compliance pre-audits, HR processes, costing, sourcing, export readiness, and AfCFTA/global market access. With recent focus on knitwear, woven, socks, and garment printing, Eyoel brings hands-on expertise that directly strengthens manufacturing performance.
