1. ሰዓትና ቦታን ማሳወቅ፦ ቀኑ ስንት እንደሆነና የት እንዳሉ በማውራት እንርዳቸው።
2. በቂ ውሃ መጠጣት፦ የውሃ ጥም ለዴሊሪየም ይዳርጋል፣ በቂ ፈሳሽ መጠጣታቸውን እንከታተል።
3. የእንቅልፍ ጥራት፦ በሌሊት እንዲተኙ፣ በቀን እንዲንቀሳቀሱ እናግዛቸው።
4. መነጽር እና የመስማት መርጃ፦ ከጠፋባቸው ዓለምን መረዳት ይቸግራቸዋል፣ ስለዚህ መሳሪያዎቹን አጠገባቸው እናድርግ።
