🚀 TENAWO Digital Health Wins at Sahara M.A.D Den

🌠TENAWO Digital Health was announced as one of the top winners of the Sahara M.A.D Den Innovation Challenge on Monday.

🌠This recognition came after a highly competitive process with more than 2,000 applications across Africa. From 200 selected for capacity building to the Top 66 for due diligence and then to the Top 20 finalists, TENAWO emerged as a winner and was officially selected as an Extrapreneur.

🌠This achievement shows TENAWO’s strong impact in telemedicine, e-pharmacy, home care and last-mile digital health services in Ethiopia. It is a major milestone for African HealthTech and a proud moment for our team and partners.

ጤናዎ ዲጂታል ጤና (TENAWO/ጤናዎ Digital Health) በሰሃራ ኤም.ኤ.ዲ. ዴን ኢኖቬሽን ቻሌንጅ (Sahara M.A.D Den Innovation Challenge) ከዋነኞቹ አሸናፊዎች አንዱ መሆኑ ሰኞ ዕለት ታውቋል።
✨ የስኬቱ ዳራ
* ይህ ዕውቅና የተገኘው ከአፍሪካ በተሰበሰቡ ከ2,000 በላይ ተወዳዳሪዎች መካከል ከፍተኛ ፉክክር ከተደረገ በኋላ ነው።
* ከ200 የተመረጡ ተሳታፊዎች መካከል፣ ከ66ቱ የውድድሩ መጨረሻ ላይ ከደረሱት እና ከ20ቱ የመጨረሻ ተወዳዳሪዎች ውስጥ፣ ጤናዎ አሸናፊ በመሆን "ኤክስትራፕረነር" (Extrapreneur) ተብሎ በይፋ ተመርጧል።
🎯 የጤናዎ ተፅዕኖ
ይህ ስኬት ጤናዎ በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በቴሌሜዲሲን (telemedicine)፣ በኢ-ፋርማሲ (e-pharmacy)፣ በቤት ውስጥ እንክብካቤ (home care) እና በመጨረሻው ምዕራፍ ዲጂታል የጤና አገልግሎቶች (last-mile digital health services) ላይ ያለውን ጠንካራ ተፅዕኖ ያሳያል።
ይህ ለአፍሪካ የሄልዝ ቴክ (HealthTech) ዘርፍ ትልቅ ምዕራፍ ሲሆን ለጤናዎ ቡድንና አጋሮችም የኩራት ጊዜ ነው።

🚀🌱 TENAWO Digital Health at the National Stakeholder Engagement Workshop 🌱🚀

We were honored to represent TENAWO Digital Health at the National Stakeholder Engagement Workshop on the Entrepreneurship Policy and Strategy, held in Addis Ababa on August 26, 2025.

The event brought together parliament representatives, regional leaders, private sector stakeholders, and development partners. The Keynote Address was delivered by H.E. Muferihat Kamil, Minister of Labour and Skills (MoLS), who emphasized that the new Entrepreneurship Policy and Strategy will:
