Wash your hands often
1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

It’s especially important to wash:
2. Before eating or preparing food
3. Before touching your face
4. After using the restroom
5. After leaving a public place
6. After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
7. After handling your mask
8. After changing a diaper
9. After caring for someone sick
10. After touching animals or pets
11. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
12. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

What is PCR TESTING?

PCR tests are used to directly detect the presence of an antigen, rather than the presence of the body’s immune response, or antibodies. By detecting viral RNA, which will be present in the body before antibodies form or symptoms of the disease are present, the tests can tell whether or not someone has the virus very early on.

“PCR gives us a good indication of who is infected. They can be isolated and get in contact with people they’ve been in touch with so they can be quarantined too, just in case. That’s the true advantage of the current major diagnostic tests, you can break that transmission chain and get a clearer picture of what’s happening,” says Wright.

By scaling PCR testing to screen vast swathes of nasopharyngeal swab samples from within a population, public health officials can get a clearer picture of the spread of a disease like Covid-19 within a population.

2. Put it over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin
3. Try to fit it snugly against the sides of your face
4. Make sure you can breathe easily

Wear a Mask to Protect Others

1. Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect others in case you’re infected with COVID-19 but don’t have symptoms
2. Wear a mask in public settings when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when it may be difficult for you to stay six feet apart
3. Wear a mask correctly for maximum protection
4. Don’t put the mask around your neck or up on your forehead
5. Don’t touch the mask, and, if you do, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer to disinfect

A MASK IS A MUST 😷💡 A friendly reminder 🙂

If you cannot find or buy N95 masks due to high demand, here is a very useful alternative:

You can put 2 layers of tissue between your face and a regular surgical mask. This improves the ability to filter tiny dust particles up to about 75 – 90%, almost the same as an N95 mask.

This option is also great for those who feel that N95 masks are very hard to breathe through all day and those who feel pain on their head and behind the ears when wearing an N95 mask. The surgical mask with two layers of tissue in between is very comfortable to wear with almost the same filter efficiency as the much more expensive and hard to find N95 mask.

ሄሞሮይድ ዕጢዎችን ለመከላከል በጣም ጥሩው መንገድ ሰገራዎ ለስላሳ እንዲሆን ማድረጉ ነው ፣ ስለሆነም በቀላሉ ያልፋሉ። ሄሞሮይድ ዕጢን ለመከላከል እና የደም ዕጢዎችን ምልክቶች ለመቀነስ የሚከተሉትን ምክሮች ይከተሉ: -

1. ከፍተኛ-ፋይበር ምግቦችን ይበሉ። ብዙ ፍራፍሬዎችን ፣ አትክልቶችን እና አጠቃላይ እህልዎችን ይመገቡ ፡፡ እንዲህ ማድረጉን ማስታገሻውን ያደላደማል እንዲሁም ብዛትውን ይጨምራል ፣ ይህ ደግሞ የደም ዕጢን ሊያስከትሉ የሚችሉትን ችግሮች ለማስወገድ ይረዳዎታል ፡፡ ከጋዝ ጋር የተዛመዱ ችግሮችን ለማስወገድ በአመጋገብዎ ውስጥ ፋይበር ይጨምሩ ፡፡

2. ብዙ ፈሳሽ ይጠጡ ፡፡ ሰገራ ለስላሳዎች እንዲቆይ ለማድረግ በየቀኑ ከስድስት እስከ ስምንት ብርጭቆ ውሃ እና ሌሎች ፈሳሽ (አልኮሆል) ይጠጡ ፡፡
3. የፋይበር አመጋገቦችን ከግምት ውስጥ ያስገቡ ፡፡ ብዙ ሰዎች በአመገባቸው ውስጥ በየቀኑ ከ 20 እስከ 30 ግራም የሚመከር የፋይበር መጠን አያገኙም። ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት ከልክ በላይ-ፋይበር ማሟያዎች ፣ ለምሳሌ psyllium (Mamucil) ወይም methylcellulose (Citrucel) ፣ አጠቃላይ ምልክቶችን እና ከደም ዕጢዎች የደም መፍሰስን ያሻሽላሉ።

4. የፋይበር ማሟያዎችን የሚጠቀሙ ከሆነ በየቀኑ ቢያንስ ስምንት ብርጭቆ ውሃን ወይንም ሌሎች ፈሳሾችን መጠጣትዎን ያረጋግጡ ፡፡ አለበለዚያ ማሟያዎቹ የሆድ ድርቀት ሊያስከትሉ ወይም ሊያባብሱ ይችላሉ።

5. አይጣደፉ። ሰገራ ለማለፍ በሚሞክሩበት ጊዜ እስትንፋስዎን መዝጋት እና ይዘው መቆየት እና በታችኛው ሬቲና ውስጥ የደም ቧንቧዎች ውስጥ ከፍተኛ ግፊት ይፈጥራል ፡፡
ፍላጎቱ እንደሰማዎት ወዲያውኑ ይሂዱ። የሆድ ዕቃን ለማለፍ ከጠበቁ እና ጉሮሮው ከሄደ ፣ በርጩማዎ ደርቆ ለማለፍ ከባድ ሊሆን ይችላል ፡፡

6. የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ. የሆድ ድርቀት እንዳይከሰት ለመከላከል እና የደም ሥር መርዝን ለመቀነስ ጭንቀትን ይከላከሉ ፣ ይህም ረጅም የመቆም ወይም የመቀመጥ ጊዜ ሊኖር ይችላል። በተጨማሪም የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ ለደምዎ የደም ቧንቧ ህመም አስተዋፅ that ሊያበረክት የሚችለውን ከመጠን በላይ ክብደት ለመቀነስ ይረዳዎታል ፡፡

7. ረዘም ላለ ጊዜ ከመቀመጥ ይቆጠቡ ፡፡ በጣም ረጅም ጊዜ መቀመጥ ፣ በተለይም በመጸዳጃ ቤት ላይ ፣ ፊንጢጣ ውስጥ ባሉት ደም መላሽ ቧንቧዎች ላይ ያለውን ጫና ሊጨምር ይችላል ፡፡

የመጀመሪያው ቡድን “የጉዞ አረፋ” ተብሎ በሚጠራው ዓለም አቀፍ ስምምነት መሠረት የግዛቱን የመለየት እርምጃ እንዲወስድ ስለሚያስገድድ ላይኖር ይችላል ፡፡

1. ነጋዴዎች እና ባለሀብቶች (ወደ 700 አካባቢ ለመግባት ተመዝግበዋል) ፡፡

2. ፋብሪካዎችን ለመመርመር ወይም ለተወሰኑ የንግድ ሥራ ሥራዎች ለመሰማራት የሚፈልጉ ባለሙያ እና ላኪዎች (ወደ 22,000 አካባቢ የተመዘገቡ) ፡፡

3. የታይስ ወይም የታይላንድ ቋሚ ነዋሪዎች ያገቡ የውጭ ዜጎች (ወደ 2000 ገደማ የተመዘገቡ) ፡፡
