This is Mohamed, a resident who lives in Mekedonia. In Addis Abeba. He suffer with mental illness and I met him 5 years ago when I started Art threrapy in Ethiopia. He does not speck or approch any one. With in this 5 years he spent every single day in Medan ART Therapy art space. He made so much improvement and he was able to sale his art and he was so happy when he sold his art. His health emproved so much.He is healing through art and I am so happy to see his progress. Medan Art therapy is using art as therapy and it is helping alot of people to improve their mental health. We are making difference in our comunity of Ethiopia.

We celebrated 5 years of the establishment of Medan ART Therapy with the founder of Mekedonia Doctor Biniyam Belete and Tsegaye Kelkile , the first Art Therapy center in Ethiopia. We Can proudly say that I have come this far. Over the last five years, we Have been fully committed to this work, which has been incredibly challenging to introduce something completely new in my country, Ethiopia. It has required a significant investment of Our skills, time, money, and energy to bring it this far, but we can confidently say that it has been worth it. We am grateful to God that we can help our own people and make a difference in thair life.
