👉አጣዳፊ የኩላሊት ጉዳት (Acute kidney injury) ?

አጣዳፊ የኩላሊት ጉዳት (AKI) የምንለው በኩላሊት ሥራ ላይ ፈጣን ወይም ድንገተኛ ማሽቆልቆል ሲታይ ነው። ይህ ችግር በቀጣይ የሰውነት ኤሌክትሮላይቶችን (ሶድየም ፣ፖታሽየም ፣ፎስፈረስ....)፣ የሰውነት ፈሳሽ እና የናይትሮጅን ቆሻሻ (nitrogenous waste)ባልተለመደ ሁኔታ ሰውነታችን እንዲይዝ ያደረጋል።

📌ምልክቶቹ ምን ምን ናቸው?
አብዛኛዎቹ የ AKI ሕመምተኞች ምንም አይነት ምልክቶች ላይታይባቸው ይችላል ፤በእነዚህም ላይ ችግሩ የሚታወቀው ድንገት በሚደረግ የደም ምርመራ ነው። በኩላሊቱ ላይ በደረሰው ጉዳት መጠን ልክ እና የቆይታ ጊዜ ምልክቶቹ እንደዛው ይለያያሉ።
እነዚህም ምልክቶች የሚከተሉት ናቸው፤
-የደም ግፊት መጨመር
-የሰውነት እብጠት
-የሽንት መጠን መቀነስ
-የትንፋሽ ማጠር
-የምግብ ፍላጎት መቀነስ
-ማቅለሽለሽ
-የእንቅልፍ መዛባት
-የአእምሮ መታወክ
