‎ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ከተማታትን ገጠራትን ትግራይ፡ ካብ ዓይኒ ባዕዲ ነገር (ንኣብነት ሑፃ ፣ ሓፂን መፂን፣ሓሰር ፣ እሾኽ፣ ግራጭ ወዘተ ) ነውጽእ ኢና ዝብሉ ከምኡ እውን ብባህላዊ መንገዲ ንጠብሕ ኢና ዝብሉ ሰባት ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ከባብታት ትግራይ ማለት እውን በቢከባቢኡ ከምዘለው ንዕዘብ ኣለና ።
‎እቲ ሓቂ ግን እዚ ዝስዕብ እዩ፦
‎ሀ) ምትላል :
‎እቶም ኣውጺእናዮ ዝብልዎ ኣእማን ወይ ባዕዲ ነገራት፡ ኣቐዲሞም ኣብ ኢዶም ወይ ኣፎም ወይድማ ኣብ ውሽጢ ጡጥ ይሓብኡዎ። እቲ ሓቂ ግን ዓይኒ ብተፈጥሮኣ ከምዚ ዝበለ መንገፍ ክትጻወር ኣይትኽእልን። ኣብ ዓይኒ መንገፍ እንተዝኣቱ እውን ብጣዕሚ ዘቀንዙ ሰለዝኮነ ግዜ ወሲድካ ናብ ሕክምና እትኸዶ ዘይኮነስ ድንገተኛ ሕክምና ከምዘድልዮ በዓሉ እቲ ቃንዛ እኹል እዩ።
‎ለ) ከቢድ ረኽሲ :
‎ ብዘይፀረዩ ናውቲ (ምላጭ፣ ሳዕሪ፣ ስኒ፣ ኣጻብዕቲ ፣ መልሓስ፣ወረጦ፣ቅርቪ ፣መዓር፣ፀባ፣ካልኦት ዘይፍለጡ ካብ ዝተፈላለዩ ቆፅላ መፅሊ ዝስርሑ ብጥብታ መልክዕ ናብ ዓይኒ ዝግበሩን) ስለዝጥቀሙ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሒደት መዓልታት ንዓይኒ ዘዕውር ከቢድ ረኽሲ (Keratitis/Endophthalmitis) የስዕብ።

‎ሐ) ምቅዳድ ዓይኒ :
‎እቶም ሰባት ብዘይፍልጠት ኣብ ዝገብርዎ ባህላዊ መጥባሕቲ ነቲ ተኣፋፊ ክፋል ዓይኒ (መስትዋት) ስለዝጉዳእ ፈጺሙ ክምለስ ዘይኽእል ዓይነስውርነት የስዕብ ወይ ድማ ዝነበረ ሕማም ዓይኒ ብጣዕሚ ንኽጋደድ ይገብሮ።
‎እዚ ከም ኣብነት ናይ ዓይኒ ፀገም ኣልዒልና ኣብ ዕለታዊ ስራሕትና ብተደጋጋሚ ንረኽቦም ስለዝኮኑ ዳኣምበር ካብ ዓይኒ ወፃኢ ዘለዉ ባህላዊ ሕክምናታት ምግማት ኣይኸብድን።
‎ ስለዚ ዝኮነ ይኩን ሕማም ዓይኒ እንተጋጥም ቀልጢፍና ናብ ዓይኒ ሕክምና ብምኻድ ዓይንና ካብ ምዕዋር ንከላኸል።

‎Our dedicated team of health professionals provided: 🩺 Medical screening (BP, RBS, MUAC)

1. ሓደ ህፃን ልክዕ ምስ ተወለደ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሓደ ሰዓት ጡብ ምጥባው ኽነጀምሮ ኣለና።

📌እዚ ድማ ምግቢ ዝህቦ ዕትብቲ ስለዝተቛረፀ ከይጠሚን ምሽቁልቛል መጠን ሽኮር ንከይህሉ ይሕግዞ።

2. ልግዐ ፀባ ብ ኣግባቡ ምጥቓም

🔴ሓንቲ ኣዶ ካብ 3-5 መዓልቲ ጡባ ልግዐ ፃባ የምርት። እዚ ድማ ብ ንጥረ ነገሩ ኣዝዩ ዝማዕበለን ካብ ሕማም ዝከላኸል ከም ዳርጋ ኽትባት ይጠቕሞም። ስለዚ ብልተፈላለየ ምኽንያት ልግዐ ከይጠበው ክሓልፎም የብሉይ።

3. ጡብ ጥራይ ክሳብ 6 ወርሒ

📌ፀባ ጡብ ጥራይ ክሳብ 6ወርሒ ምሃብ እኹል ልኾነ ምግቢ ክረኽቡ ይገብሮም። ካብኡ ብተወሳኺ ን ብዙሓት ሕማማት ንከይቃልዑን ንክኸላኸሉን ይገብሮም። ብብዙሕ ነገር ድማ ይጥቀሙ።

4. ማይ ምስታይ ምውጋድ

🔴ቖልዑ ማይ ትሕቲ 6 ወርሒ ተስቲናዮም ናብ ምውሓድ ንጥረነገር ሶድየም ነቃልዖም።፡ብዚ ድማ ንክለምዱ ይኹን ንቑርፀት መከላኸሊ ኢልና ማይ ምስታይ ኣይምከርን።

5. ልክዕ ዝኾነ ኣቀማምጣ ምምራፅ

🌟ጡብ ክነጥብው ከለና ልክዕ ልኾነ ኣቀማምጣ ህፃን ምሕላው ግድን እዩ። እዚ ድማ ቀጥ ኣቢልኻ ምሕቃፍ፥ምድጋፍ፥ምፅጋዕን ቖልዓ ገፁ ምቕራብ የማልእ።

6. ልክዕ ልኮነ ኣጣቡባ ምኽታል

🔴ኣፋ ብልኽዕ ክኸፍት ጡብ ብኣግባቡ ንምትሓዝ ምሕጋዝን መንከሱ ጡብ ክነክእ ምግባር የማልእ።

7. እኹል መጠን

🔴ሓደ ዕሸል/ህፃን እኹል መጠን ወሲዱ እንብሎ ናይ ምፅጋብ ምልክታት ተሪኡና እዩ። እዚለ ፀባ ምንጥብጣብ ምጉሳዕን በቢግዚኡ ክብደት ተወሲኹ እዩ። መብዛሕቲኡ ግዘ ሓንቲ ጡብ ብውሕድ ክውድእ ንፅበዮ።

8. በቢ ግዚኡ ምጥባው

📍ሓደ ህጻን ተወሓደ ብ መዓልቲ 8 ግዘ ይጠብው። 5ግዘ ብ ቐትሪ ዝተረፈ ኣብ ለይቲ ማለት እዩ። እዚ ድማ ህፃን በቢ 2-3 ሰዓቱ ምጥባው ኣድላይ እዩ። ተለይኾይኑ ጥምየት ብቐሊሉ ክቐትሎ ከምዝኽእል ንገንዘብ።

9. ጡብ ምጥባው ኣብ ሕማም

📌ጡብ ምጥባው ቖልዓ ትሓምም ተሎ ክንውስኸሉ ይግባእ። ብ ፍላይ ድማ ተቕማጥ ተሒዝዎ መጠን ቑፅሪን ኣጣብዎ ምውሳኽ ኣድላይ እዩ።

10. ምጥባውን መድሓኒትን

📌ሓንቲ እተጥብው ኣዶ ኹልሻዕ ን ሓኪም እንተየማኸረት መድሓኒት ክትወስድ ኣይግባእን። ምክንያቱ መድሓኒታት ብጡብ ኣቢሎም ናብ ቖልዓ ክሰግሩ ስለዝኽእሉን ፅዕንቶ ስለዘሕድሩ እዩ።

11. ምጥባው ማናቱ

🔴ሓንቲ ኣዶ ኣሽንኳይዶ ልክልተ ካብኡ ንላዕሊ ምጥባው ትኽእል እያ። እኩል ምግቢን ፈሳሰን ምውሳድ ከዘንጋዕና!

12. ኣዶ ኣብ ምጥባው

🔴ሓንቲ ኣዶ እንተጠብው ክልተ ሰብ ምዃና ክትርስዕ የብላን። ስለዚ እኩል ምግቢን ፈሳሲን ክትወስድ ይምከር።
